Using QuickPlayBox
These terms apply to your use of the QuickPlayBox website at quickplaybox.com and its games. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. If you are not old enough to agree to terms where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.
Playing the game
We allow you to use the website and play the games for personal entertainment, subject to these terms. The current Screw Escape game is free to play and requires no player registration or installation.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use automated traffic to overload the service.
Game progress and virtual coins
Progress, coins, and settings are saved locally when your browser permits storage. They may be lost if you clear website data, change browser or device, use private browsing, or if browser data is removed. There is no server-based recovery or account synchronization in the current version.
Game coins are virtual gameplay points. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, and are not a real-money purchase or financial product. Rewards and game rules may change as we improve the game.
Rewards and future services
Current “watch ad” features are development reward simulations, explicitly labeled in the game. They do not show real advertisements. A reward simulation is not a promise that a live advertising service is available.
If real advertising or other services are added, their use will be explained in the game and in the Privacy Policy. Any relevant additional terms or choices will be provided when those features become available.
Artwork, game content, and branding
QuickPlayBox’s branding and original game content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Playing the game does not transfer ownership of its artwork, code, or other content. Do not redistribute our branding or game content without permission, except where applicable law or an expressly provided license permits it.
The existence of a public webpage is not a license to present the game or website as your own. Rights belonging to other owners remain with those owners.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or remove website features or games. We aim to provide a reliable experience, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every browser, or preservation of every local save. The games are provided for entertainment.
Responsibilities and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and games are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, such as browser storage removal, device failures, or network outages.
